• You guys delivered! You delivered on everything you promised! The crew was fabulous! Everyone worked their heart out! I actually had a good time!!! Everyone was courteous and professional. Everyone thought things through. Everyone listend. Everyone went the extra mile! I could not have been happier. We have moved 13 times in 20 years and this was, by far, the best move ever. • As a member of the military my family has moved many times. Past moves have been a hassle. Our latest move however was an entirely different experience thanks to the driver and his crew. The crew from your agency was a real class act. I would request their services again for any move we might make. They worked quickly and efficiently and yet were extremely careful with our belongings. When our goods arrived in Anchorage we unpacked to find everything in the same condition we had left it in Oregon. Please pass on our thanks to your crew. It is difficult today to find people who still take pride in their work. Your crew was the best.

I wish to share with the manager who is in charge of the Mayflower office in Portland, the fact that we received great service from the team assigned to our move from Ridgefield, WA to Green Valley, AZ. Our sales person visited our home twice and we chose Mayflower even though the Mayflower bid was the highest. Our driver was excellent and he came to our home and previewed the move prior to the load date. He had excellent helpers and arrived on time and ready to go. The driver went out of his way to make sure that the shipment arrived on time.

My wife handled the reponsiblity of managing the origin address and I dealt with your driver, Chuck Cottingham. On all occasions your employees were wonderful. I cannot offer you sufficient praise for the professionalism and friendliness which they displayed. Not only that but my household goods had been very well packaged and transported, and although I have not yet finished unpacking, I have inspected all the items I particularly care about and they are in perfect condition. It is pleasing to know that there are still companies out there managing to keep on the road with such a high standard of service as yours.
